Every body is different and everybody needs a program structured according to their ultimate goal.
Anyone can make you sore with millions of squats, but that doesn't mean you had a good workout.
Safe doesn't sound fun but it's the only way to create lasting results.
Results come from consistent hard work over time. You can't be consistent if you're always hurt.
My plans are based on simple and proven principles but my strategies change.
You'll never stuck on same exercises and do it over and over again.
